We will act as the prime contractor for the owner or as a sub-contractor for a general contractor. Your project is assigned one Project Manager who is your personal contact and co-ordinates all of the project components. We don’t view
each project as an individual job; rather, we look at each as an opportunity to establish a long-term relationship with the customer. Our overriding philosophy is to leave the owner and the general contractor or construction manager "delighted" with our performance, such that they will consider us an asset to have on their team.

We can help solve your maintenance needs without the need to hire your own permanent employees. Our management team has the flexibility to fully handle the maintenance operations of your facility or to coordinate our people with your existing maintenance organization.
